We hope you are delighted with your Parfums de Marly purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance bottles with broken seals cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring the protective seal is intact, and include a copy of your delivery note or RMA confirmation.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our olfactory experts verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
